Creating a database on foreigners and stateless persons under the age of 18 who arrived in Azerbaijan unaccompanied
Baku/22.07.22/Turan: On July 22, the head of state signed a decree on the creation of a single database of foreigners under 18 years of age and stateless persons who arrived unaccompanied on the territory of Azerbaijan or remained unaccompanied after arrival.
The decree provides for the creation of a subsystem in the Unified Migration Information System of the State Migration Service of Azerbaijan: "Information on unaccompanied foreigners under the age of 18 and stateless persons." The Migration Service of the country was instructed to ensure the formation of the Subsystem before October 1, 2022, to take the necessary measures for its functioning.
Provide access to the Subsystem: the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection, the Ministry of Education, the State Border Service, the State Committee for Family Problems, the State Agency for Compulsory Medical Insurance and local executive bodies.
If state bodies find data on foreigners under the age of 18 and stateless persons who arrived unaccompanied to the territory of Azerbaijan or remained unaccompanied, they must provide relevant information to the Subsystem of the Migration Service within one working day. --02D--

On November 28, another hearing took place in the case of public activist Ilhamiz Guliyev. During the proceedings, the court reviewed a response from the 28th Police Station of the Yasamal District in Baku. At the previous hearing, the defense had requested that the court obtain footage from the surveillance cameras at this police station, where Guliyev was taken on December 4 of last year. However, the police response stated that the video footage had not been preserved.
