Cryptic message of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov met on July 22 in Brussels with the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs.
According to the press service of the Foreign Ministry, issues of accelerating the process of settlement of the Karabakh conflict on the basis of "well known to the public," the principles and applications of presidents of the OSCE Minsk Group (France, USA and Russia) were discussed during the meeting.
It was also noted that the Presidents of the OSCE Minsk Group repeatedly emphasized in their statements the inadmissibility of preserving the present status quo.
It is not clear, what is meant by "well known to the public," the principles of conflict resolution. Do they mean the "Madrid principles" or any modifications, or something else? The meeting of the Co-chairs with the Armenian Foreign Minister Nalbandian took place in Brussels. -16D06-
