Foreign Minister of Belgium: the Karabakh conflict should be resolved with consideration of opinion of all parties
At a press conference on Tuesday after a meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belgium, Chairman of the Committee of Ministers Didier Reynders the Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov will meet on April 30 in Paris with the co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk. "It is time for progress in resolving the Karabakh conflict. We agreed that we will discuss how to achieve progress in resolving the conflict. Foreign Ministers of the Russian Federation, France and the United States said that they will make efforts to move the process from the scene. Belgian Foreign Minister also said that he will assist in the promotion of settlement the conflict," Mammadyarov said.
Didier Reynders, in turn, said that it is necessary to solve the conflict peacefully, within the framework of the Minsk Group and with the consent of all parties. "The self-determination is possible may be in the future, but with the approval and consideration the opinion of all parties," said Reinders. "We are concerned about the situation on the contact line and need efforts to maintain the ceasefire. In this regard, Belgium is ready to make an effort to provide support to the parties," he added. We note that the OSCE MG will meet on April 29 in Paris with Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian. -03C04-
