Foreign Minister receives Deputy Foreign Minister of Turkey and a delegation of the Council of Europe
The Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov received Fatih Ceylan, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkey. The meeting participants discussed regional issues and the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict. It was noted that attempts to organize the flights from the Khojaly airport will have a negative influence on the settlement of the conflict.
