Fourteen employees of the military prosecutor`s office punished
Baku/07.01.20/Turan: An operational meeting on the results of 2016 was held at the Military Prosecutor's Office of Azerbaijan based on the results of 2016 on January 7, the State News Agency AZERTAC reports.
According to military prosecutor Khanlar Veliyev, last year a criminal case was initiated for each death in the armed forces, regardless of the reasons, and a legal assessment was provided.
“The fight against corruption was even more serious. In 2019, 14 employees of the prosecutor’s office were brought to disciplinary liability for shortcomings,” Veliyev continued.
In conclusion, Veliyev said that the fight against crime will continue to be carried out effectively and strengthened measures to ensure the rule of law. — 06D-
