The human rights activists were listened to, and they were informed that they would be informed on the results of the consideration of their appeal. On February 12, the appeal hearing for the journalist is scheduled for 14:00.

It is worth noting that earlier, the human rights activists appealed to the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, and the First Vice President, Mehriban Aliyeva, requesting assistance in changing the detention measure for Beylargizi, taking into account her serious health problems and the presence of two minor children.

On February 6, the Khatai District Court sentenced journalist Beylargizi (Huseynova) to 3 months and 15 days in custody in connection with the Toplum TV case. She, along with other individuals involved in the case, is accused of currency smuggling, and other economic crimes.
