Baku/22.04.19/Turan: President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev sent a congratulatory telegram to the new president of Ukraine, Vladimir Zelensky.
"Azerbaijan and Ukraine unite friendly relations with rich traditions.
Our interstate relations clearly reflect these traditions, I believe our bilateral and multilateral cooperation will continue to develop and strengthen in accordance with the interests of our peoples.
