In Agstafa local authorities disrupted rally in favor of Aghazadeh
In protest against the obstacles the rally gathered at the stadium and the people around him , led by Aghazadeh began to march in the city center. However, attracted extra police blocked their way .
 
There was a threat of confrontation of the citizens with the police.
 
To avoid this, the management of Umid decided to stop the action . However, Aghazadeh listened to the crowd of people - locals and internally displaced persons, who complained about unemployment, poverty, bureaucratic tyranny, and social justice.

Baku/22.09.13/Turan : In the city Agstafa in western Azerbaijan authorities prevented the rally of the campaign in favor of the leader of the Umid party Iqbal Aghazadeh.
 
The meeting was scheduled for 12.00 at the city stadium , which is set aside for these activities by the same authorities.
 
However, a specially trained group of people led by the workers of the district administration and representatives of the executive power in the villages prevented the protesters to go to the stadium. They stopped the people,  threatening and insulting them.
 
In this case, the deputy head of the district named Ramiz threatened Aghazadeh's envoy to the CEC Rustam Izzteli with beating.
 
All this happened in a contemplative attitude of the police , who indulged provocations against protesters and activists of Umid, the party spokesman Elman Abbasov told Turan.
