Baku/01.10.13/Turan : The presidential candidate of the National Council of Democratic Forces Jamil Gasanly appealed to the Central Election Commission with a request to eliminate the registration of presidential candidate Hafiz Hajiyev and to contact the police in connection with his actions , in accordance with Articles 88.1 , 88.2 , 88.7 and 113 of the Electoral Code.
Gasanly also asked the CEC to take action against the host of the TV debates of presidential candidates "People Vote" Fizuli Ismayilov under Article 88.8 of the Electoral Code.
The appeal says that on September 28 at the live TV debate "People Vote" Hafiz Hajiyev once again allowed unethical attacks , insulting the honor and dignity of Gasanly and individual members of the National Council, and disrespected the viewers by his unethical behavior.
The candidate of the Democratic Forces notes that the presenter made ??no attempt to stop this speech by Hajiyev, who even threatened Gasanly with death. -0 -

President Ilham Aliyev has approved by decree the Azerbaijan-Kazakh intergovernmental agreement on cooperation in military intelligence defense sector. The document was signed in Baku on 7 June 2024.
