Baku / 13.07.20 / Turan: Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov held telephone conversations with the personal representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk and the Russian co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group Igor Popov on July 13.
Having informed the foreign diplomats about the current situation in the region, Mammadyarov expressed dissatisfaction and regarded the provocation of the Armenian side as an act of aggression.
In Mammadyarov’s view, this purposeful provocation of the Armenians aims to draw third countries into the conflict and divert the attention of the Armenian public from internal problems. –06D-

The preliminary investigation into the case of Russian oligarch and former "state minister" of the separatist regime of Nagorno-Karabakh, Ruben Vardanyan, has been completed.
