The "Public Chamber" planned to hold a rally-march on 13 October from 16:00 to 18:00 demanding the dissolution of parliament and new elections. This requirement has been motivated by the appearance of a scandalous video the MP Gular Akhmedova, who declared the election of deputies on the pre-determined lists in the Presidential Administration. It was supposed to hold the action near the Ministry for Emergency Situations , and to march among the avenue to the Parliament. –05B06-
