Ministry of National Security (MNS) and the Interior Ministry do not respond to the publication of a plot against President Ilham Aliyev

More than a day has passed since the publication of an article by Eynulla Fatullayev that disclosed a plot against President Ilham Aliyev, but the law enforcement agencies and special services of Azerbaijan still have not reacted to it.

The article states that in the conspiracy, organized by the head of the Russian presidential administration, Vacheslav Volodin, are: one of the leaders of the Azerbaijani Diaspora in Russia, the former Deputy Prime Minister Abbas Abbasov, Azerbaijani Ambassador to Serbia, Eldar Hasanov, a number of former senior officials, and leaders of the National Council, Rustam Ibrahimbayov and Eldar Namazov.

According to the author, the conspirators prepared unrest for the October presidential election for a violent change of government.

"Just the intervention of President Vladimir Putin, and perhaps, the American friends, saved the country from new troubles," says the author.

From this publication, the "conspiracy" was stopped by Putin or American friends. It turns out that the glorious secret services of Azerbaijan overlooked the conspiracy.

Turan failed to get comments from the Interior Ministry and the Ministry of National Security on the conspiracy. It seems that they really know nothing about it.

At the same time, the calmness of the power structures is surprising. For example, in 2007, the MNS filed a lawsuit and arrested Eynulla  Fatullayev for publishing that in case of a conflict, Iran can hit strategic targets in Baku. Now the secret police does not respond to the message of a conspiracy with foreign participation.

Mentioning among the "conspirators" the Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Serbia, Eldar Hasanov demands a response from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan. However, the agency, for some reason, is silent while a co-worker is accused of anti-state activities. -06D-
