"Musavat" considers politically motivated the arrest of its activist
"Musavat" party regards as political order at the arrest of his activist Faraj Kerimov. Chairman of the audit committee of the youth organization of the party, blogger and site administrator musavat.org.az was taken away this morning in an unknown direction by persons in civilian clothes.
The statement said that a few days earlier his brother Siraj Kerimli who has never been engaged in politics, was stopped on the street. It was alleged that drugs were found in his pocket. Their house was searched, and their laptop belonging to Faraj Kerimli was seized.
The authors of the statement believe that these arrests are "politically motivated, and aimed against the freethinking young people and active participants in social networks."
