New Rules for Collection of Fees for Reusable Visas for Entry into Azerbaijan
Baku / 06/15/19/ Turan: The Parliament of Azerbaijan introduced amendments to the Law on State Duty, which define new rules for collecting fees for issuing multiple-entry visas to foreigners entering the country.
The amount of state duty for issuing reusable visas in Azerbaijan is determined in the amount of $ 350.
At the same time, as deputy Vahid Ahmedov explained to the Turan correspondent, if the size of the state fee of a foreign state on multiple-entry visas for Azerbaijani citizens differs from the size of the state duty in Azerbaijan, the Azerbaijani side sets the same amount of duty for citizens of this state.
"That is, if a foreign country applies duties for citizens of Azerbaijan in the amount of more than $ 350, then we will set the same amount for citizens of this country. If the size of the duty for Azerbaijani citizens is less than $ 350, then the Azerbaijani side will apply a smaller amount," said Ahmedov.
Note that according to the legislation of Azerbaijan, the validity of a reusable visa expires in two years (an electronic reusable visa issued under the ASAN Visa system - within 90 days). -05D06--
