On Sunday,a new video made by a hidden camera, where the former Rector of the International University Elshad Abdullayev talks with the employee of a secret department of the Interior Ministry N7 on the loss of his brother Mahir in 2003.
From the conversation it follows that the employee of the Interior Ministry told that his boss, the chief of the department N7 , by name Vagif, told him about the loss of Mahir Abdullayev.
Apparently, the hidden recording was made by Elshad Abdullayev’s order, just like the previous scandalous shooting on the deputy Gular Akhmedova.
From the last video it is clear that the Interior Ministry was aware about kidnapping of the brother of Elshad Abdullayev, but he still considered missing. Earlier, the Rector himself condemned the Interior Ministry and the national Security Ministry of kidnapping, and may be killing of his brother, for the refusal top pay them a demanded bribe.
Another controversial topic of the last video is that the police officer of the Department N7 recognized that with $15,000- $20,000 it is possible to get a job in that department. He told about his talks with the chief, who asks for the employment $20,000.
Mahir Abdullayev, who disappeared in 2003, the brother of the Rector of the International University, was a Major of the National Security Ministry, and his fate is still unknown.
Elshad Abdullayev stated that his brother was kidnapped from the apartment of a singer Matanat Iskenderli by a Capture group of the National Security Ministry, and demanded for his release two million dollars. -02D-
