Novel by Azerbaijani Writer and Book by Armenian Politician Presented in Tekali

Baku/11.09.13/Turan : The South Caucasus geographical center, along the border of Azerbaijan and Armenia, in the Georgian village Tekali, on September 14, will once again bring the residents of three countries together.

This time, in addition to discussions on regional issues, there will be a presentation of the Russian translation of "Gugarq", a novel by Azerbaijani writer Seymour Baijan, and the book "Towards an absolute democracy" by the Armenian politician , Soviet dissident Parouir Hayrikyan. 

As the Caucasian Center for Peacemaking Initiatives reported, Saturday events in Tekali will begin with Mikheil Mirziashvili of Tbilisi and Zamira Abbasova of Baku, presenting the results of the Berlin conference on the "Tekali process as the social model of conflict resolution in the South Caucasus."

Thereafter, a civil hearing on the "Common Caucasian Market" will be held, with speakers Edward Dzavaryan of Tbilisi and Bakhtiyar Zeynalov of Gardabani, Georgia.

In an open mike formate, they will discuss problems in the regions along the  Armenian-Georgian border, in particular, the case of Pelengova.

Everyone will be provided transport from Tbilisi, Marneuli, Ganja, and Noyemberian to Tekali and back.
