Baku/11.09.13/Turan : Today, the Russian media reported details of the arrest of Ulfat Tagiyev, nickname Rufo Ganjinsky the mafia boss of Azeri origin in Moscow.
He is suspected in the 2012 murder o another boss, Ilgar Jabrailov, “Danabash”, head of the security service of Aslan Usoyana, “Father Hasan”. There is every reason to believe that Tagiyev is also involved in the death of Father Hassan.
According to investigators, Tagiyev could be the executor of a murder in Moscow in April 2012, of criminal "authority" Ilgar Jabrailov, nicknamed Danabash, (Back then Ulfat was not "thief in law".)
Rufo Ganjinsky is also suspected of the attempted murder of Aslan Usoyan in January 2013. According to the Interior Ministry, Tagiyev was watching the "thief in law", organized the killer’s actions and helped him get away from the scene of the crime.
According to Russian law enforcement agencies , Ulfat Taghiyev is the closest accomplice of another criminal authority, Rovshan Janiyev,” Rovsan Lenkoransky”, both these individuals are involved in dozens of deaths. -02D-

Last night, three earthquakes occurred along the Armenia-Azerbaijan border with magnitudes of 4.8, 3.0, and 3.8, according to the Republican Center for Seismological Service of the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan.
