Official Baku "raised" level of discussions with the United States on human rights violations. Previouly the Foreign Ministry’s spokesman replied to the criticism of Washington, but now the head of the presidential administration's department for foreign relations, Novruz Mammadov, will give answer.
So, answering the statement of the representative of the State Department, Jen Psak, who called on to release Leila Yunus, Novruz Mammadov said that such calls are regarded as interference in the internal affairs of the country, and Washington wants to "cause damage to Azerbaijan's international image." -02D
