Yerevan/18.09.14/Turan-ArmInfo: The first session of the court in the case of Shahbaz Guliyev and Dilgam Asgarova, two Azerbaijani citizens detained in the Kalbajar region, will take place in the court of Khankendi on October 27. Notably, the court begins on the day when Ilham Aliyev will meet with Serge Sargsyan in Paris.
In July Guliyev, Asgerov and Hasan Hasanov went to the territory of Kalbacar region of Azerbaijan which is under the Armenian control since April 1993. All of them are the refugees from the area, and wanted to visit their homes. They were noticed by the Armenians, and during a firefight Hasanov was killed, and two others were taken prisoner.
According to the Armenian version, The detained Azerbaijanis are saboteurs, they killed an Armenian officer, 17 year-old boy, and injured a woman.
According to the Armenian media, Shahbaz Guliyev and Dilgam Asgarov charged are charged with murder, and they face severe punishment.
The Azerbaijani side demands the release of Guliyev and Asgarov, and even offered to exchange them for an Armenian family that found shelter in Azerbaijan several years ago.-02D-
