Official Baku has not yet responded to Pashinyan's accusations about prisoners of war
Baku/03.10.22/Turan: On Monday, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan accused Azerbaijan of refusing to "fulfill its promise to release Armenian prisoners of war."
On his Twitter account, he wrote: “He refused for the first time in May, breaking a promise made in Brussels, and for the second time now. In Washington, Azerbaijan pledged to release 17 Armenian prisoners of war by September 30.”
According to the Armenian side, such a promise was made on 27 during a meeting at the White House with the participation of National Security Adviser to US President Jake Sullivan, Secretary of the Armenian Security Council Armen Grigoryan and Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan Hikmet Hajiyev.
Official Baku has not yet responded to these accusations. --02D--

Aleksker Mammadli, the founder of “Toplum TV”, was subjected to mistreatment today at the Khatai District Court. He was brought there regarding the extension of his detention. Upon returning to the pre-trial detention center, he called his brother, Nasimi Mammadli, to report that he had been kept for several hours in a separate room in handcuffs before the hearing.

The government of Azerbaijan will finance four projects in the Ukrainian city of Irpin, which is being rebuilt after its liberation from occupation, the city’s head, Oleksandr Markushin, said on Facebook following a meeting with Hikmet Hajiyev, the assistant to the Azerbaijani president for foreign policy, on October 2. "Azerbaijan has clearly signaled at the highest level that our four reconstruction projects, which we have been actively working on for many months, will be funded by the government of the Republic of Azerbaijan," he wrote on his Facebook account.
