Pashinyan's family newspaper publishes "demands" of Baku
Baku/03.10.22/Turan: Azerbaijan sets five main requirements for Armenia, the "Haykakan Zhamanak" newspaper reported on Monday, citing informed sources.
It should be noted that the editor of this newspaper is Anna Hakobyan, the wife of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
In particular, Baku demands to disband the army of Nagorno-Karabakh; recognize Nagorno-Karabakh as part of Azerbaijan without any autonomy; give a corridor through the territory of Armenia; carry out delimitation and demarcation of the border according to the maps of 1919, 1920. (it is not known which cards are in question); provide information about the fate of 4,000 missing Azerbaijanis during the First Karabakh War, the newspaper claims.
The publication promises to publish in the near future what Russia, the United States, Iran and the European Union want from Armenia. ---02D--

In late December, the Nakhchivan Court for Serious Crimes concluded the trial of former Minister of Finance of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic (NAR), Rafael Aliyev, and former head of the Nakhchivan Customs Committee’s department, Mansur Askerov. Both were accused of embezzling state budget funds in collusion with others. In his testimony, Askerov revealed that illegal fees were being collected for cargo and from passengers. The "Republican Alternative" Party (REAL) has proposed a program to reform local governance ahead of the municipal elections on January 29, aiming to expand opportunities for economic activity at the municipal level. The new program has been developed with consideration of the existing economic problems in the country. The government of Azerbaijan seeks to obtain external loans for its projects, the economic feasibility of which raises doubts.
