Pashazade is awarded a medal in Grozny
On August 30, the head of the Caucasus Muslims Department (CMD), Allahshukur Pashazade, was awarded Medal of former Chechen President, Akhmed Kadyrov. At the same time, a street in Grozny was named after Pashazade for achievements in strengthening the links between
peoples and the promotion of spiritual and religious values of Islam, according to press service of the CMD. Speaking at the ceremony, Pashazade said that the main priorities are the promotion of Islam religion, work with youth, and mobilizing to fight terror.
On the same day Pashazade visited Makhachkala, and met with the President of Dagestan, Magomedsalam Magomedov. He expressed his condolences on the tragic death of the spiritual leader, Sayid Efendi.
