Yesterday, Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev met with the head of Ukraine, Viktor Yanukovych, who stopped briefly in Baku on his way from India.
Aliyev expressed satisfaction with the development of the bilateral relations, noting "progress on all fronts." "We are determined to continue the active multilateral cooperation. I am sure that the strategic partnership between our two countries makes good progress,” said Aliyev.
Yanukovych said that the visit was a good opportunity to discuss further expansion of the bilateral relations. -06D-
