Baku/08.09.21/Turan: On September 8, Russian President Vladimir Putin and President of the European Council Charles Michel exchanged views on the situation in Karabakh. Michelle wrote about this on his Twitter account. “We exchanged views on the prospects for an Armenian-Azerbaijani settlement - dialogue and the building of trust are needed,” Michel wrote.
