Rapper making fun of traffic police is arrested (Video)
Accused of not subordinate police arrested 10 day frame Arapper Sayid Aliyev, known as Dado, was arrested for 10 days for not subordinating police.
According to Dado’s brother, Ali, on 27 February the rapper was summoned to Nasimi district traffic police for examination of his car due to some accident.
After the examination the rapper was told that his car was not involved in the accident, but he needs to go to the police department for registration of the results of checking.
"When Sayid was entering the building, a man in civilian clothes roughly touched his shoulder. Dado thought someone was joking with him. However, the man accused Sayid of rudeness; so, Sayid was immediately detained by several people who put him in a car, and drove away," said the brother of the rapper. sayid’s relative were said nothing about the detention. Later they learned that Dado was taken to the 21st Nasimi district police station, and then to the court, where he was arrested for 10 days.
Later, he called his brother and said told him to remove from Youtube a clip «YPX» about traffic police, or after 10 days against a criminal investigation.
Today's brother visited Dado in the Quarantine in Binagadi district. He did not complain about the conditions of detention, but said that in the Nasimi police he was insulted and threatened because of the clip.
Relatives said they will appeal, and will complain to the President Ilham Aliyev, the Prosecutor General and the Interior Minister.
As for the clip, then Ali Aliyev said that the movie is on the Internet and cannot be removed.
"On the other hand, why should we have to remove a clip. It is the freedom of creativity. If this would be something illegal, then Dado would be formally charged," said Aliyev. He also said that the rapper was interrogated and judges without a lawyer.
In the clip the rapper condemned the road police for bribery of traffic police, and that police itself often violate traffic rules.
Coordinator of the human rights campaign "Art for Democracy» Rasul Jafarov also condemned the arrest of the rapper Dado, and regarded it as a violation of freedom of creativity and expression.—06B-
