Rasim Guliyev authorized demolition of historical monument - Prosecutor General's Office
Baku/05.04.21/Turan: The former head of the Baku Executive Power Office Rasim Guliyev was arrested for authorizing the demolition of a cultural monument and subsequent construction in its place, reads the message of the press service of the General Prosecutor's Office.

The investigation revealed solid suspicions that the permit was issued by order of Guliyev dated May 31, 2018 during his duties as deputy head of the city administration.
Based on this document, the housing cooperative began to demolish a residential building, which is a historical and cultural monument.
