Sheki Oppositionists Arrested for Four Days
Three activists of the Sheki organization of the Popular Front Party (PFPA) November 11 were subjected to administrative detention for four days.
Mubariz Abdulkerimov, Samir Hasanov and Aydin Alimamedov are convicted under Article 310 (disobedience to police) of the Code of Administrative Offences.
Recall that all of them were arrested the evening of November 10 at the House of Tea in Sheki and the next day brought to justice.
The court decision was made late on Wednesday at 23.00, the deputy chairman of Azerbaijan Popular Front Party Gozel Bayramli told Turan. According to her, the activists were arrested on trumped-up charges. The real reason was their critical publications on Facebook at the address of the power.
Hasanov criticized the head of the district, after which he was called to the First Deputy Head of the Executive Power of Sheki, but he did not go.
In addition, these activists had previously pasted in the city photos of "prisoners of conscience" Khadija Ismailova, Seymour Hazi, Asif Yusifli and others. --06B--
