Shells with White Phosphorus Found at Former Armenian Checkpoint
Baku / 25.12.20 / Turan: A prohibited shell was found on the lands liberated from the occupation, the National Agency for Mine Action (ANAMA) reported on December 25.
In particular, white phosphoric 122-mm D-4 artillery shells were found on the territory of a former military checkpoint in the liberated village of Sugovushan (formerly Madagis) in the north of Karabakh.
"This is another proof that the enemy used ammunition prohibited by international conventions during the war against the Azerbaijani Armed Forces," ANAMA said. -06B-
