Special services of Azerbaijan and Armenia can establish a direct communication channel (updated)
The State Security Service (SSS) of Azerbaijan on the evening of December 30 confirmed the information about the Moscow meeting of the head of the State Security Service Ali Nagiyev with the head of the National Security Service of Armenia Armen Abazyan.
The SSS said that the parties discussed the obligations arising from the trilateral statement of the leaders of Russia, Azerbaijan and Armenia on November 10. The issues of border security, the fight against terrorism in the territories liberated from the occupation, clarification of the fate of prisoners and the missing, the establishment of burial places and security issues of mutual interest were also considered.
The importance of creating a communication channel for the exchange of information, if necessary, was also noted. -02D-

Meeting of heads of secret services of Azerbaijan and Armenia
Baku/30.12.20/Turan: On December 28, Moscow hosted a meeting between the head of the State Security Service of Azerbaijan Ali Nagiyev and the head of the National Security Service of Armenia Armen Abazyan. The meeting was organized at the initiative of Alexander Bortnikov, Director of the Russian Federal Security Service.
According to Russian sources, the topic of the trilateral meeting was the exchange of prisoners and the search for the missing. Following the meeting, agreements were reached in various areas.
