The dominance of criminal psychology - the cause of deaths in the Armenian army
Baku / 19.02.20 / Turan: The Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan held a closed meeting on the issue of the mass death of soldiers in the Armenian army. Upon its completion, Pashinyan wrote on his Facebook page that a number of important decisions, including staffing, had been made.
On February 19, Pashinyan handed over to the President his proposals on the dismissal from the army of the heads of two departments of the Ministry of Defense - the head of the military police Artur Baghdasaryan and the head of the department for work with personnel Alik Aleksanyan.
According to the Armenian media, the commander of the Karabakh forces Karen Abrahamyan will also be dismissed, and his chief of staff Jalal Harutyunyan will take his place.
According to official figures, since the beginning of the year, 13 soldiers and officers were killed in the non-combat situation in the Armenian army. The main reason is hazing, or rather, the dominance in the army of children of high-ranking military officials and officials who terrorize others.
According to media reports, in Karabakh, the children of officials do not serve on the front lines, and on the front line, there is chaos of junior officers who extort money from soldiers.
Another serious problem is the presence of criminal psychology in the army, which, according to the chief of the general staff, Artak Davtyan, is one of the reasons for suicides in the army. -02D-
