The Foreign Minister received PACE co-rapporteurs
Baku/05.06.23/Turan: On Monday, the Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov received PACE Monitoring Committee co-Rapporteurs Jan Lidel-Grainger and Liz Kristoffersen.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, issues of cooperation between Azerbaijan and PACE, as well as the current situation in the region, the possible contribution of PACE to the normalization of relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia were discussed during the meeting.
Bayramov informed about Baku's efforts to ensure peace and stability in the region, including the signing of a peace agreement, the opening of all communications, etc.
The co-rapporteurs spoke about the visit to the Aghdam district and the progress of reconstruction work, stressed the importance of ensuring peace and security in the region.
The parties also exhchanged views on international and regional issues of mutual interest. ---06B---
