Baku /17.03.23 /Turan: By the decree of the President of the country dated March 17, Elshad Mammadov was dismissed from the post of head of the Executive Power of the Ordubad district.
Mammadov has held this post since April 2013. There is no new appointment to this position yet. ---05D06---
