The Prosecutor Office determines that Sevinj Babaev was treated at a Customs hospital
A forensic examination of the corpse Sevinj Babayeva, who died three days ago in Istanbul clinic "Medicana International Istanbul Hospital", was made in Turkey in the Medical Department of Justice in Istanbul with the participation of representatives of law enforcement agencies and the court-medical experts of Turkey, Ministry of Interior and the Prosecutor General of Azerbaijan, as well as employees of the Consulate General.
According to the press service of the Prosecutor General of Azerbaijan, all proposed versions of her death were studied. Examination has completed and necessary procedures are taken to bring the body of Babayeva in Baku.
Law enforcement agencies of Azerbaijan, together with colleagues from Turkey found the address where Babayeva lived in Istanbul, and the persons with whom she spoke. Necessary investigative actions and other proceedings are conducted around those people.
The investigation also found that from August 6 to 13 this year Babayeva was treated in the cardiology department of the State Customs’ Hospital with diagnosis "acute pulmonary embolism."
After receiving the appropriate response from Turkey, the public of Azerbaijan will be further informed on the outcome of the investigation. –06D-
