The Special Representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry discussed the situation around Karabakh with Pashinyan
Baku/10.05.23/Turan: On Wednesday, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan met with the Russian Co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group, Special Representative of Russian Foreign Minister Igor Khovaev in Yerevan.
According to the Armenian media, the situation around the Karabakh settlement, the "humanitarian crisis in Karabakh in connection with the illegal blockade of the Lachin corridor", the unblocking of transport infrastructures were discussed. Pashinyan presented the approaches of the Armenian side on these key issues, the report says.
Apparently, Khovayev's visit is some kind of a probe before the Aliyev-Pashinyan-Michel trilateral meeting in Brussels on May 14.
As you know, after that, on May 19, a meeting of the Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia will take place in Moscow, followed by a trilateral meeting of Aliyev-Pashinyan-Putin. The text of the peace agreement between Azerbaijan and Armenia will be discussed in both Brussels and Moscow. ---02B---
