This notable felicitation was made during the 10th anniversary summit of the Organization of Turkic States, as reported by a correspondent from the Kazinform agency.
Addressing the gathering, Tokayev extended his warm regards to President Ilham Aliyev and the entire Azerbaijani populace for their monumental endeavor in reasserting territorial sovereignty. He underscored the historical significance of this achievement, affirming that it had been carried out in strict accordance with the principles enshrined in the UN Charter and resolutions of the Security Council.
Additionally, Tokayev took a moment to extend his congratulations to Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on the auspicious occasion of Turkey's centenary.
