Baku/03.11.23/Turan: Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev conveyed his heartfelt congratulations to Azerbaijan, lauding the nation's momentous achievement in restoring territorial integrity. This notable felicitation was made during the 10th anniversary summit of the Organization of Turkic States, as reported by a correspondent from the Kazinform agency.

Addressing the gathering, Tokayev extended his warm regards to President Ilham Aliyev and the entire Azerbaijani populace for their monumental endeavor in reasserting territorial sovereignty. He underscored the historical significance of this achievement, affirming that it had been carried out in strict accordance with the principles enshrined in the UN Charter and resolutions of the Security Council.

Additionally,  Tokayev took a moment to extend his congratulations to Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on the auspicious occasion of Turkey's centenary. He praised Turkey's rich linguistic heritage, highlighting the nation's remarkable accomplishments. President Tokayev commended Turkey for evolving into a formidable nation and a prominent global influence, citing the contributions of distinguished figures throughout its history.

Notably, President Tokayev expressed his gratitude towards Uzbekistan's President, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, who currently serves as the chairman of the Organization of Turkic States.
