Turkey will provide military support to Azerbaijan in the liberation of the occupied territories - Hulusi Akar
Baku / 13.08.20 / Turan: Issues of military-political cooperation between Azerbaijan and Turkey, the results of joint large-scale tactical exercises were discussed during a meeting of the military leaders of the two countries at the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan.
Azerbaijani Defense Minister Zakir Hasanov noted the great role of the Turkish military and the power of the Turkish army "one of the strongest in the world."
“We are fortunate to be sharing our experience with such a strong army. The Turkish army has shown its strength in Syria, Iraq and Libya. God willing, with the support of the Turkish Armed Forces, the Azerbaijani army will fulfill its sacred duty,” Zakir Hasanov said.
In response, Turkish Defense Minister Hulusi Akar noted that the Turkish army will provide all the necessary support to Azerbaijan.
“All our might will be on the side of Azerbaijan and its military in countering Armenia, which illegally occupied Nagorno-Karabakh, and committed genocide in Khojaly.
Azerbaijan is not alone. We will continue to support the just struggle of Azerbaijan in every possible way. Turkey's 83 million population will be alongside Azerbaijan in the liberation of the occupied territories, ”Hulusi Akar said.
