Vilnius Summit participants: Azerbaijan has a strategic role of energy supplier to Europe
The EU countries promised "Eastern Partnership" countries to continue construction of the Southern Gas Corridor, modernization of Ukrainian gas transportation system, and the formation of a single energy market, reads the final declaration of the summit ended in Vilnius under the European program of "Eastern Partnership." The energy block of the final summit declaration also emphasized the important role of Belarus as a transit country, ensuring Europe's energy supply.
