Yerevan and Baku agreed to organize a railway communication through Zangezur - Overchuk
Baku/03.06.23/Turan: During the June 2 meeting of the tripartite Working Group, chaired by the Deputy Prime Ministers of Azerbaijan, Armenia and Russia, progress was made. This is stated in a statement by Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexei Overchuk following the meeting.
“The meeting was held in a constructive atmosphere, significant progress was made in agreeing on the procedure for unblocking transport communications between Azerbaijan and Armenia.
A common understanding was reached on the implementation of specific steps to restore and organize the railway communication along the Yeraskh - Julfa - Meghri - Horadiz route.
The results of the talks will be reported to the leaders of Azerbaijan, Armenia and Russia,” the statement says.-0-
