According to the press service of the President of Azerbaijan, Zelensky expressed gratitude “for the tangible humanitarian assistance provided by Azerbaijan to Ukraine,” as well as “for the support of the energy sector, especially in the winter.”
During the telephone conversation, support for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of states was once again expressed, views were exchanged on regional security, existing threats and formats for future cooperation.—06B-

On January 24, the Baku Court of Appeals considered an appeal regarding the arrest of journalist Farid Ismailov.
