The political power of Azerbaijan must go through democratic reforms in order to look in the eyes of the European Community's strategic partner, said in an interview to Objective TV (obyektiv.tv) political analyst Zafar Guliyev.
According to him, the recent appointment of four deputy head of the Presidential Administration Ramiz Mehdiyev the eve of the presidential elections in 2008 would be unnoticed.
