10 religious communities allocate money to promote youth
The State Committee for work with religious communities held a meeting of the heads of ten religious communities in connection with the provision of material assistance. First Deputy State Committee, Sayad Salahli, announced the allocation of financial assistance to religious communities to promote religious education, national and moral values, reads the press-service of the State Committee.
According to him, the funds are allocated on the basis of presented projects. It is recommended that the projects were aimed at the youth audience. We are talking about projects to uncover extremism, radicalism, explaining Islamic values. It should be noted that in November 2014 a presidential decree was signed in according to which 67 religious communities were given financial assistance. Of them 19 are non-Islamic communities, and 48 - Islamic. -05D04-
