Upon an armed incident on January 6 in Balakhany in the Sabunchu district of Baku the city prosecutor opened a criminal case under article 120.1 (deliberate murder), 29,120.2.7 (attempt to kill two or more persons) and 228.1 (illegal purchase, possession and keeping of arms) of the Criminal Code.

Continuation of the investigation has been mandated to Baku Prosecutor's Office, is said in the joint statement by the Interior Ministry and the Prosecutor General.

As noted in the press release, January 6, at about 18:00 in the village of Balakhani, locals Assad Aliyev, his son Muhammad and his brothers Seymour and Teimour motivated a conflict and opened fire at the residents of Baku Elchin Aliyev and Sadig Musayev, injuring them. In addition, they stabbed Elkhan Bayramzadeh. The injured were admitted to the hospital Sabunchu N 3, but the doctors failed to save the life of E.Bayramzadeh and E.Aliyev.

Staff and police and prosecutors during the investigation of the scene seized a Makarov type pistol, five cartridges and a knife.

The investigation established that the day before the incident between Assad Aliyev and Sadig Musayev a dispute occurred because they were driving the car and did not want to give each other the way. In this S. Musayev along with E. Bayramzadeh hit Assad Aliyev with fists.

The next day Assad Aliyev and his son Mohammed and his brothers Seymour and Teimour met in Balakhany with E. Bayramzadeh, E. Aliyev, and the brothers Tahir and Sadig Musayev to settle their conflict.

The dispute grew more and T.Aliyev opened fire with a Makarov pistol at E. Aliyev and wounded him in the head and S. Musayev in the right thigh. M. Aliyev in turn, stabbed E. Bayramzadeh in the heart.

During the x search operations Asad and Muhammad Aliyev were detained as suspects on January 7 in Baku and S.Aliyev was detaineed in the Yevlakh region.
