A group of journalists demanded to punish the doctors responsible for the death of Rasim Aliyev
Today, a group of journalists held a rally in front of the Baku prosecutor's office demanding to punish the doctors responsible for the death of the journalist Rasim Aliyev.
Protesters were received by Aziz Seidov, the prosecutor of Baku. Reporters asked many questions to the prosecutor in connection with the progress of the investigation into the murder of Aliyev. They noted the importance of the criminal prosecution of doctors who did not provide appropriate assistance to the injured journalist.
The prosecutor recommended the journalists to make a written request, and promised to consider the issues raised by him, including bringing the dioctors to responsibility.
Rasim Aliyev was savagely beaten on August 8 by relatives of the fooball player Javid Huseynov. With heavy grasses the journalist was taken to City Clinical Center N1, where he died a day later. -03B06-
