A new heavier charge against Afgan Mukhtarly
Baku/31.05.17/Turan: A new charge against the arrested was brought against a journalist Afgan Mukhtarli - violence against a representative of the authorities (Article 315.2 of the Criminal Code), his . lawyer Elchin Sadigov wrote on his Facebook page. The lawyer also said that at 17 o'clock in the Sabail court a trial against Mukhtarli should begin, where a preventive measure will be chosen.
The journalists were kidnapped on May 29 in Tbilisi in the evening, and was secretly delivered to Baku. This was the reason for a big scandal and accusations against the Georgian authorities, who participated in the kidnapping of the journalist, and handed it over to the special services of Azerbaijan.
