Activist about Neftchala Election Campaign
Baku / 23.12.19 / Turan: In the elections to the municipal council of the village of Khol Garagashly of the Neftchala region, voters actively participate in the vote. This was reported by the activist Wafa Nagi, who is running in this district.
According to her, according to the data at 13.00, 329 out of 1,446 voters participated in the voting. At the same time, she pointed out some violations. So, independent observers were not allowed to the polls before the start of the election so that they could record the procedures preceding the start of voting.
Only after the insistent demands of Nagi and observers, the latter were allowed into the precinct.
One of the observers was tried three times with the help of the police to remove from the site. Due to the joint efforts of other observers, these actions were recorded.
There are a lot of unknown persons on the site, who are preventing observers from near observing the process of issuing ballots and voting.
The head of the precinct commission is the nephew of the head of the municipality and he gives instructions to people who are not members of the commissions.
