Baku/17.09.13/Turan : On Tuesday , at 9.00, 85 km north- west of the Azerbaijani town of Zagatala, in Georgia there was an earthquake .
In the border with Georgia settlements of Azerbaijan felt tremors 4.3 on the Richter scale , according to Center for Seismology of the Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan.
According to preliminary data there is no destruction.
In Zagatala in some places people are in a panic to flee their homes. -16D-

Lawyer Agil Layij has accused the chairman of the Baku Court of Appeals, Mubariz Akperov, of mismanagement and called on President Ilham Aliyev to intervene. Layij voiced his concerns in a Facebook post, stating that Akperov's leadership has reduced legal defense to a "formal level."
