On Monday the Court of Appeal of Nakhchivan considered complaint of the Nakhchivan entrepreneurs Mamed Mamedov and Nadir Gurbanov. The court retained in force the decision of the Sadarak court on December 11 about their arrest for two months, during the investigation.
At the same time, the court granted the petition of Mamed Gurbanov on the return of his Confiscated truck "Ford" and his car "Toyota". However, the decision of the court was not enforced, Turan wa told by the relatives of the arrested.
