On Monday the Court of Appeal of Nakhchivan considered complaint of the Nakhchivan entrepreneurs Mamed Mamedov and Nadir Gurbanov. The court retained in force the decision of the Sadarak court on December 11 about their arrest for two months, during the investigation.
At the same time, the court granted the petition of Mamed Gurbanov on the return of his Confiscated truck "Ford" and his car "Toyota". However, the decision of the court was not enforced, Turan wa told by the relatives of the arrested.
The trial was closed. According to the family, there were the traces of torture on the face of Nadir Mammadov who was delivered to the court.
The reason for the arrest and criminal complaint against these entrepreneurs became the conflict on December 8 with the customs officers in Sadarak. As a result, entrepreneurs were beaten by customs officials, and their goods amounting several thousands were confiscated. -23D-
