Baku/03.03.23/Turan: On the night of March 3, an attempt to import a large batch of drugs into the country was stopped during the operation of the Interior Ministryofficers in the city of Astara bordering Iran.
This is reported by the press service of the Interior Ministry.
The report says that drug couriers are residents of Shamkir, brothers Seymour and Tural Musayev who offered armed resistance.
As a result, Seymour Musayev was neutralized, and Tural Musayev detained. One machine gun and over 40 kg of drugs were found and seized on the spot (heroin, opium and psychotropic substances). -06B-
