Arrested members of NIDA against Rasul Guliyev
The arrested members of the movement NIDA issued a statement in connection with the further destiny of the National Council of Democratic Forces.
They demanded withdrawal of several people from the National Council, including the former Parliament speaker Rasul Guliyev, "who at any moment could strike the NC."
Members of NIDA suggested giving youth representatives the same number of seats in the NC, as those allocated to representatives of other structures.
The young people think the current mechanism of activity of the NC is "unfit" and needs a fundamental structural change.
In particular, they consider it necessary to abolish the co-chairs and they want to see Jamil Hasanli chairman of this structure.
They hope that the next session will give answers to all their concerns to be resolved.
The statement was released on behalf of the arrested Uzeyir Mammadli, Rashad Hasanov and Rashadat Akhundov. -05D04-
