Arsen Baghdasaryan Sentenced to 15 Years
The Ganja Court of Grave Crimes passed a verdict on the Armenian military Arsen Baghdasaryan today, finding him guilty of planning acts of sabotage.
The court sentenced him to 15 years in prison, as a member of a subversive group that was preparing terrorist attacks and sabotage on the territory of Azerbaijan, reported Kapaz TV.
Baghdasaryan was captured Dec. 26 in the Aghdam direction.
The Armenian side claims that Baghdasaryan was a deserter and was on the Azerbaijani side by accident. -02D-
